What is Hello Poppins?
Hello Poppins is a parenting assistant that lives on WhatsApp. You text a question about your child – sleep, feeding, behaviour, development, anything – and get a calm, evidence-based answer personalised to your child’s age. Available any time of day or night.
Is it an app I need to download?
No. It works in WhatsApp – the app you already have. No downloads, no accounts to create, no passwords.
Who built this?
Hello Poppins was built by Tom, a London-based parent who got tired of conflicting advice at 3am. It’s operated by Poppins Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17258984).

Is Hello Poppins medical advice?
No. Hello Poppins provides parenting information and guidance. It does not diagnose conditions or replace your GP, health visitor, or midwife. Health concerns are always signposted to NHS 111, your GP, or emergency services.
Why we’re different
What sources does it use?
Every answer draws on NHS guidance, NICE clinical guidelines, RCPCH recommendations, and peer-reviewed research. If a trusted source doesn’t support it, it doesn’t appear in an answer.
What ages does it cover?
Birth to 12 years.
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. Add multiple children and switch between them. Poppins keeps separate context for each child.
Does it remember what we’ve talked about?
Yes. Poppins remembers every conversation – illnesses, GP visits, allergies, milestones. Ask “what do you know about my child?” any time.

How much does it cost?
£19.99 per 6 months – less than £3.33 a month. There’s a 3-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, 1 free question per week or subscribe for unlimited access.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 3-day trial is completely free with no card required.
What happens after the trial?
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Privacy & data
Is my data private?
How do I delete my data?
Send a message on WhatsApp saying “delete my data.” Confirm by typing your phone number and everything is permanently deleted immediately and irreversibly.
Who can see my conversations?
Only the Hello Poppins system. Processed by AI to generate responses, not read by humans unless you report an issue, never shared with any third party.
